WHAT IS PACKERS PERKS?

Packers Perks is our way of saying thank you to our fans for their loyalty to the Green & Gold. By joining Packers Perks, fans will receive points for things they are already doing as a fan. Points will be issued for viewing content on Packers.com (reading articles, viewing videos, etc.) and more! Points can then be redeemed for unique Packers prizes, experiences and exclusive discounts.

HOW CAN I JOIN PACKERS PERKS?

Joining Packers Perks is easy! Simply visit www.packersperks.com, click on 'Create Account,' and fill in the required fields. If you are already a member, log in using your email address and password. After creating your account, make sure to complete your profile by clicking on the “My Profile” tab in the navigation bar. Fans must be 18 years or older to join Packers Perks.

I HAD A PREVIOUS PACKERS PERKS ACCOUNT PRIOR TO PERKS 2.0, HOW DO I LOGIN?

Check your email: All previous Packers Perks registered users (who are subscribed to Packers Perks emails) were sent an email with a temporary password to use. Didn't receive? Email us at [email protected] and staff will assist you.

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

Yes, we encourage all fans to participate in the rewards program. Sweepstakes and auction autographed merchandise will be shipped to all fans. There is potential for events and experiences to be available outside of the state of Wisconsin. These rewards will be posted as they become available in 2020.

CAN I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?

To update your Packers Perks account information click on the “My Profile” tab in the navigation bar.

IS THERE A PACKERS PERKS APP?

Packers Perks is available within the official Packers app. The Packers Perks website is responsive and will adjust accordingly to your tablet or mobile device.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE, EXPERIENCE, OR EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT INFORMATION?

After redeeming, you will receive a confirmation email from Packers Perks staff. The confirmation email will contain all redemption information needed, including shipping time and details on the experience or exclusive discount. All merchandise will be shipped to the address listed under the “My Profile” tab. Please make sure that your contact information is current. Please do not request to pick up any rewards in person.

I PURCHASED ITEMS FROM THE PACKERS PRO SHOP, GAMEDAY CONCESSIONS, 1919 KITCHEN & TAP, PACKERS HALL OF FAME, CAN I GET POINTS?

During the 2021 season, more point earning activities will become available.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Visit the “Earn” tab in the navigation bar for a list of ways to earn points. Not seeing the points you earned? Visit the 'Profile' page and refresh your browser. Points will display under the 'Recent Activity' timeline.

WHAT ARE REDEEMABLE POINTS?

Redeemable points are the total amount of points that you can use to redeem prizes. If you have redeemed any points for merchandise or rewards, these points will be subtracted from your redeemable points total.

WHAT ARE LIFETIME POINTS?

Lifetime points are the points you have achieved since registering on Packers Perks. Your lifetime point total will always be accumulating, but these points are not eligible to be redeemed.

WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, points will expire yearly on July 31st at 11:59 p.m. CT. For example, if a user registers on August 1, 2020, their redeemable points will expire on July 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

I COMPLETED A POINT-EARNING ACTIVITY AND DIDN'T RECEIVE POINTS. WHY?

Timing: Packers Perks points reset at 12 a.m. CT. For example, if you read four articles and earn 100 points on August 1, 2020 at 10 a.m. CT, you cannot earn article points until after 12 a.m. CT on August 2, 2020.

Insider Inbox & Photo Submission: These points are awarded on a weekly basis. For example, if you submit a question to Insider Inbox on October 1, you can earn 75 points again on October 8.

Browser: We strongly encourage accessing Packers Perks via the Packers official app OR by using a computer and using Google Chrome as your web browser. 

Refresh: If you're still experience issues, we strongly recommend logging out of Packers Perks, closing out your web browser, clearing your browser history and logging back in.

CAN I TRANSFER POINTS TO ANOTHER PACKERS PERKS MEMBER?

Points are non-transferable.

WHAT IS A PROMO CODE?

Promo codes are a set of numbers or characters that will be announced or visible during certain events or activities. Please watch the "Earn" page for promo code information.

HOW DO I REDEEM REWARDS

Visit the "Redeem" page for information on using your points to redeem rewards.

I JUST WON AN AUCTION, SWEEPSTAKES, EXPERIENCE OR EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT, WHAT NEXT?

Congratulations! All fans who win or redeem prizing will be contacted by a Packers Perks staff member via email. Please make sure your account email is up-to-date. Haven't been contacted? Reach out to staff by emailing us at: [email protected].

I USED MY POINTS TO ENTER A SWEEPSTAKES OR BID IN AUCTION, BUT DID NOT WIN. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS?

Sweepstakes: The points you entered for a sweepstakes will be subtracted from your redeemable point balance.

Auction: If you did not win the auction, your points will not be deducted. If you don't receive points back after an auction ends, please contact Packers Perks staff: [email protected].

I DON'T REMEMBER MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD. HOW DO I LOGIN?

How do I reset my password?
